We have developed a viable population of microbes to reduce COD in the Aeration tanks contributed by effluent containing Metribuzin and Pendimithelin for a major Agrochemical Plant. We successfully reduced the COD from 2000 mg/L to less than 220 mg/L
We have successfully reduced the high concentration of Ammoniacal nitrogen present in the effluent for a leading Pharma company. Our customized consortium of pure microbial culture was able to reduce the concentration of Ammonical nitrogen from an initial value of 300 mg/L to less than 50 mg/L.
A Specialty Pigment manufacturing unit faced the challenges of high concentration of COD and Ammoniacal Nitrogen. Bioxgreen developed a customized bio-culture consortia to reduce the COD to less than 450 mg/L in the Aeration tank from an initial value of 2000 mg/L and the Ammoniacal Nitrogen was reduced to less than 10 mg/L from an initial value of 110 mg/L.
We have mitigated the issue of Fat, Oil, and Grease (FOG) at a food processing industry involved in the manufacture of ready-to-use processed food, in their aeration tank. Using our microbial-based product, the FOG was reduced from 35 mg/L to less than 5 mg/L
We were successful in reducing the COD and biological nutrients in the coffee effluent. The initial feed effluent was in the range of 12000 - 18000 ppm, after treatment the COD value was brought down to 200 - 600 ppm.
Bioxgreen has successfully completed the maintenance and improvement of the sewage treatment plant at Evolv Clothing in Padalam, Tamil Nadu for 1 year.
The unloading of garbage at the Material Recovery Facility of the solid waste processing site generated a large amount of obnoxious odour which posed a health risk to the operators. Bioxgreen resolved the issue by spraying our customized odour control agent and completely eliminated the odour substantiated by multi-gas analysis before and after spraying. The reduction in VOCs, Hydrogen sulfide, Ammonia, and Methane was greater than 80%.
